Who can apply for the Greenhouse programme?

Whether as individual or in groups, national or international, young student, advanced professional or experienced researcher: the Greenhouse is open to anyone.


What is the maximum amount for funding?

Climate-KIC funds selected Greenhouse project groups with up to €5.000 and helps them transform their climate innovation ideas into sustainable business models and marketable products or services. Please note: no lump sum, only real costs will be reimbursed.


How long can I be enrolled in the Greenhouse programme?

You can be enrolled for maximum a year in the Greenhouse programme.


Is coaching available on the Greenhouse programme?

Yes, maximum 10 hours per project.


What can I expect if I am accepted in the Greenhouse programme?

You can expect the following:

1. Develop a time schedule (max. 1 year) with an action and budget plan

2. Attend the regular once-a-month progress meeting with the assigned coach or peer Greenhouse programme group

3. Sign a contract for the funding of the project


Where will the Greenhouse meetings will take place?

Mostly the Greenhouse meetings will take place in Wageningen (Atlas building, B-107).


Is there working space available?

If you are enrolled in the Greenhouse programme you can make use of our incubator in Wageningen: the StartHub Wageningen.
